At ZCQ, we own and operate a grinding workshop, which is responsible for glass product grinding and polishing, in order to give the glass materials a lower roughness average and higher smoothness rate.
The CNC machining workshop is equipped with several glass blowing lathes, CNC engraving machines and CNC machining centers. With these advanced machines, the curved surface, slopes, spherical surface, cylinder surface, hole diameter and cone angle of the glass products all feature a high precision and outstanding machining effect. Not only that, but machining efficiency and precision are both significantly improved.
Thermal treatment is delivered by both manual operation and a glass blowing machine. The process will be carried out under a strict supervision of Mr. Fu, one of our lead technicians.
The thermal treatment encompasses a variety of steps, including forming, bending, compounding, bonding and curving. The next steps include and annealing and cleaning process for the formation of customized products.
Our fiber draw tower has a three-floor structure.
